Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. The Service

Xiaobu Lab (the “Platform”) provides AI-assisted creative tools for children, families, and creators. By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

2. Accounts and User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration information and protect your credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and content created through it.
  • Do not create unlawful, violent, sexual, infringing, or otherwise harmful content, or attack or interfere with the Platform.
  • Children under 13 may use the Platform only with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision.

3. AI Services and Content

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review output before relying on or publishing it. We may screen, reject, or remove content when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or operation of the service.

4. Intellectual Property

To the extent permitted by law, you retain rights you hold in your input and generated content and grant us a limited license to use that content as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service. Platform software, branding, interfaces, and underlying materials belong to us or our licensors.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and IP

  • Pro subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual period unless cancelled before renewal.
  • After cancellation, paid benefits continue through the current billing period.
  • Purchased IP is used as described at purchase. Refunds depend on applicable law, payment-channel rules, and consumption.
  • Applicable taxes, exchange rates, and third-party payment fees are determined under the relevant rules.

6. Content Safety

Adult, NSFW, pornographic, sexually suggestive, child sexual exploitation, and other sexually explicit material is prohibited. Serious or repeated violations may result in blocked content, account restrictions, or termination, subject to refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy

We process personal information under our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that policy. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s accounts and content.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable. You may stop using the service. We may restrict or terminate access for violations or material safety or legal risks.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or fitness of AI output for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Updates and Contact

We may update these Terms and identify changes through the revision date or reasonable notice. Contact support@xiaobulab.com with questions.
